This notice explains the contact form for Trade Software Advisors. It matches the provider settings saved for the form. A lawyer has not reviewed it, and it is not a certification of legal compliance.
This site does not add its own analytics.
The form asks for your name, email, business name, and message. Trade Software Advisors and Tyler Bolty use those fields to respond and to continue the conversation you requested. Trade Software Advisors does not sell that information and does not add you to a marketing list. The automatic reply on the form is off.
Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, processes the submission and stores it. This form is set to keep submissions for 7 days, the shortest retention available on the free plan. Web3Forms says submissions older than the configured period are deleted. Their general policy also describes a longer maximum unless a shorter period is set on the account. The 7-day setting is the one saved for this form. Read the Web3Forms privacy policy.
That 7-day setting applies to submissions stored by Web3Forms. It does not apply to email. Google Workspace receives the notification at tyler@tradesoftwareadvisors.com and keeps that mail under Google’s own retention.
The Web3Forms privacy policy says the email address and IP address of a person who submits a form may be sent to CleanTalk and Akismet to check for spam. CleanTalk’s privacy terms and Akismet’s privacy policy describe those services.
The form uses hCaptcha, from Intuition Machines, for the spam check on the page. Their privacy policy describes technical data used for that check, including IP address, browser and device details, and interaction such as mouse, touch, or keypress events. Read the hCaptcha privacy policy. The form loads that check in your browser. It is a separate connection from the message itself.
Asking about deletion
Email tyler@tradesoftwareadvisors.com to ask Trade Software Advisors to delete a message you sent. Tyler can delete what is still in the business inbox and can ask Web3Forms to delete a submission that is still within its retention. That request does not guarantee removal from every backup, or from records a third party keeps under its own policy.
